DIABETES MELLITUS - A COMMON CONDITION

Diabetes Mellitus is a common condition.
 It should not be confused with Diabetes 
Insipidus. People of all age groups can be affected. 
The causes, symptoms and management  is important for
 the nurse and patient to understand.
