How would you handle the situation above?

Helpful hints:

-Please remember that when you are assigned a patient you are

responsible for the care of that patient.
-NEVER RE-ASSIGN that patient to family.

-The hospital does not consider the family member an employee.

- Always follow your institution's policies and procedures
