On January 12, 2010 a massive earthquake rocked
Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The devastation was beyond

A natural disaster may take many forms.

An earthquake, heavy flooding, landslides,
brush fires, a tsunami, a tornado, an avalanche 
and more, may be called a natural disaster.
