HEPARIN THERAPY IN THE CLINICAL SETTING

A patient on Anticoagulation Therapy( Sessions 11) is at risk for bleeding from the dressing site, gums urine etc.It is important to include this in the Care Plan.( Care Planning and Patient Education).
